We do accept SEPA (EUR), Bank wire (USD), Bank deposit (LKR) & Wise payments. A booking invoice will be issued via email to confirm the tentative reservation and once we received the payment confirmation, we’ll lock the dates and do the arrangements.
Confirmed reservations are eligible for a 48-hour grace period, during which they can be cancelled for a full refund. This grace period applies only to reservations made at least 7 days in advance of the participation date. Reservations made within 7 days of the participation date are non-refundable.
For booking amendments, we require at least 48 hours’ notice before the start time. We will do our best to accommodate amendments, subject to availability and other practical constraints.
